Air Gun Spraying   This process occurs when paint is applied to an object through the use of an air-pressurized spray gun. The air gun has a nozzle, paint basin and an air compressor. When the trigger is pressed the paint mixes with the compressed air stream and is released in a fine spray.

We use a manual operation method, the air gun sprayer is hand held by a skilled operator & moved back & forth over the surface, each stroke overlapping the previous to ensure a continuous coat.  

Airless spray gun  This operates connected to a high pressure pump using up to 6000 psi pressure. This type of system is used to paint heavy duty industrial,chemical & marine coatings & linings.

Such advantages of airless spray are:

• Coating penetrates better into pits & crevices.
• A uniform thick coating is produced, reducing the number of coats required.
• A very wet coating is applied, ensuring good adhesion & flowout.
• Most coatings can be sprayed with very little tinner added, this reduces the drying time & decreases the release of solvents into the environment.
